My husband & I have been discussing Chia's adoption a lot lately and have come
to the decision that we are going to keep her. Chia has been with us for
nearly 2 years and has become part of our family, especially to our daughter. Now
that the weather has warmed up, our daughter, Brenna, spends every daylight moment
outside with "her Chia". To take Chia away from her now that she has become
accustomed to having her with us & now that she has really fallen in love with
her, just seems too cruel. We are of course still careful to bring Brenna
inside during Chia's mealtime and to watch that Brenna is being gentle with
Chia & vise versa. Anyway, I wanted to sincerely thank you for your persistence
in trying to find a home for her and in answering all of our questions.
