Types of events
 From time to time, we go out with our Mals in rescue to try to raise public awareness, introduce folks to the rescue dogs we have, and sometimes just get them out and about town to run amok. Rescue days, walks, rescue picnics, contests, whatever. If you'd like to help out with future events you just need to fill out our volunteer agreement form or send us email at Wamal.

Petpalooze Festival

Auburn, WA -- Game Farm Park SAVE THE DATE*!!!! Auburn's 2nd annual Petpalooza festival has been scheduled for Saturday May 30th 2009, 10:00am - 4:00pm at Game Farm Park.

WAMAL 2009 BBQ - Picnic

Kent, WA -- Van Dorens Landing - Kent Parks 21901 Russel Road When: Sunday, August 16, 12:00PM to 5:00PM


Please join us for the annual Wamal BBQ and Volunteer Appreciation Day at Van Doren's Landing park in Kent (next to Holiday Kennels). There are a lot of shaded areas and nice walking trails nearby.

This event is a pot luck with the burgers and hot dogs and drinks supplied by Wamal.

Please bring one of the following items if your last name begins with:
A - HSalad - green, potato, antipasto, macaroni...
I - PChips, dips, and salsas
Q - ZDesserts
We will also be holding a raffle. Hope to see you all there!
