your application and get the ball started towards finding you a new pal and one of our rescue dogs a new Forever Home.

Listing Agreement
This Listing Agreement is for dogs we are listing and working on finding a home for but who are not fostered by WAMAL.
If you have been instructed to fill out this form so that we can list your dog: Click Here and print the form and mail it in to us at the specified address on the form.
Volunteer Agreement
If you want to help with rescue we require a Volunteer Agreement from all Volunteers for liability reasons. Our Volunteer Agreement can be printed and mailed and we will contact you shortly to let you know the next step to
becoming a WAMAL volunteer.
Foster Home Application
If you want to help with rescue by fostering, we also require a Foster Home Agreement be filled out. Our Foster
Agreement can be printed and mailed in or you can fill out our Online Foster Home Application and we will contact you shortly to
let you know the next step to becoming a WAMAL foster home.
Adoption Agreement
Our WAMAL Adoption Agreement can be printed and read before
adoption. An Adoption Agreement is required at the time of adoption.
Owner Surrender Form
Our WAMAL Owner Surrender Form can be printed and read before
listing a Malamute with rescue. A Owner Surrender form is required for all listings if the animal is to be placed by WAMAL.
Shelter Check
Our Shelter Check form can be printed and read before
going to the shelter to check on dogs, as well as should be used to report back when a Mal is found and convey the information needed by the board to determine if the dog should be pulled or
rescue or not.
