I'm writing to let you know of an update on Koda, ID: WO52-0704-AF2-1204O.
I bought her a new harness from Alpine Outfitters and at first I was unsure of how
she would do. Not only did she do 4 miles, she wanted more! She works great with
the sled team, and is able to keep pace with all the other dogs.
With training, she might even be given a shot at the mother of all races...the
Idirod! But that is up to the leader, but I'm sure Koda wouldn't mind pulling her
own weight!
At first it was difficult to work with 4 dogs in one house, but after a while of
waiting for potential adopters, our hearts just got too used to Koda being around.
We are still trying to figure out how she can fit under the bed for a snooze
though!
