Just wanted to drop you a quick note about Harley who we adopted in July.
After the hairy first week (he was so scared we couldn't get him to do
anything) everything settled down. He has gained weight and the vet wants
him to gain about 15 lbs more to reach his ideal weight of 110. Harley
loves his German Shepherd sister and his three cats. We are one big happy
pack and he has shown no interest whatsoever in the cats, even the one that
has swatted his nose a few times.
Harley loves the water so we take him to the lake often; we took both pups
on their first hike together and they had so much fun! Finally, some
downtime while they rested from doing about 3 times as much hiking as us
two-leggeds.
All is well for Harley and his new pack!
