Shelby is a 3.5 year old malamute that was adopted and is coming back to WAMAL due to some current life situations.  The wonderful news is she was in a very loving home where we learned a lot about her and she received care and attention.  Shelby has some severe allergies and after working with vets and getting medical testing, we are confident that the right combination of diet and medications can get and keep her comfortable.  A true Northwest gal, Shelby likes a good fish-based diet!  It is yummy and also keeps her coat looking shiny, adding to her loveliness.  Also true to the area, she enjoys outdoor activities.  Shelby has also enjoyed playing and living with other dogs, so would welcome a packmate.  Perhaps her biggest claim to fame, Shelby has the absolute best puppy dog head tilt ever!  She is such an irresistible pup and a sponsorship would be a wonderful gift in the New Year for Shelby as she moves forward with her journey to control her allergies.
